We’ll teach you some of our favorite tips for blending green smoothies, our customized green smoothie formula, and then give you everything you need to rawk it for a whole month. You can eat regular meals during this challenge. This is not a fast or a restrictive diet. We are making healthy lifestyle changes that will last a lifetime! Replace 1 or 2 meals with green smoothies and eat healthy clean meals and snacks the rest of the day.
You don’t need a fancy blender to make our smoothies– any blender will do. We want green smoothies to be available to everyone no matter what their budget is, so please don’t feel like you need an expensive blender to join the challenge. If you’re using a less powerful blender, one tip to avoid ending up with a glass full of leafy chunks is to blend your leafy greens and water together first until you get a juice-like consistency. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
There are 17 recipes in the guide, which means some of the recipes are repeated. Our goal is to give you a good variety of recipes so you can figure out which type of green smoothies are your favorite, but we also wanted to keep the shopping ingredients to a minimum (which also helps make the grocery bill a little more affordable). Each of the 17 recipes comes with a printable recipe card so you can keep making your favorites over and over!
Literally all you need is a blender (any ‘ole blender), a cup to drink from, and the groceries from the lists inside the guide. We believe that green smoothie should be simple, and that they should taste good, and we hope you find both to be true during this 30-Day Challenge!
