CILANTRO-MANGO GREEN SMOOTHIE DETOX
Enjoy this cilantro-based green smoothie detox recipes that's a naturally great way to help cleanse your body of icky toxins. // serves two
- 1.5 cups spinach fresh
- .5 cup cilantro fresh
- 2 cups water
- 1.5 cups mango
- 1 cup pineapple
- .5 avocado
Blend spinach, cilantro, and water until smooth.
Next add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
Use frozen fruit to make this smoothie cold, or serve over ice.
