The name says it all – this is one sweet smoothie! It's very hydrating thanks to cantaloupe and grapes. Coconut oil is one of our favorite smoothie additions. It adds healthy fats which is a good source of energy. It may also help to lower cholesterol. We recommend freezing the grapes overnight to help make the smoothie cold.
CANTALOUPE GRAPE SWEETNESS
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cantaloupe ripe and rind removed
- 1 cup grapes
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- Blend spinach, almond milk and water until smooth.
- Next add the remaining fruits and blend again.
*Freeze grapes overnight to make smoothie cold.
